When will I receive my order?

We dispatch orders 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. Orders placed after 2pm on a Friday will not be processed until Monday, unless it’s a bank holiday. Dispatch times take longer during UK bank holidays and peak times.

Most orders are dispatched within 1-2 working days, but may take longer when the warehouse is closed, e.g. at weekends and on bank holidays or during busy periods such as Christmas.
